Vendors

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Heritage Hills Christian Music Fest. This is an excellent opportunity to reach thousands of consumers with your message or product. Download the Vendor Application Form here (PDF file).

Merchandise Booth Space - In Tent

10’ X 10’ Space including one table and two chairs if needed. Electricity available if needed.
Four full event tickets will be sent and will be exchanged for Vendor Wrist Bands at set up.
Cost: $300.00

Outdoor Merchandise Space – Your Tent

10’ X 10’ Space including one table and two chairs if needed. Electricity available if needed.
Four full event tickets will be sent and will be exchanged for Vendor Wrist Bands at set up.
Cost: $300.00

Food and Beverage Vendor

All restaurants and food vendors with portable carts and trailers may apply. Electricity will be available. Water will need to be carried in. Please comply with state laws for food vending.
Eight full event tickets will be sent and will be exchanged for Vendor Wrist Bands at set up.
For 15’ of frontage, cost will be $500.00. Additional 10’ increments will be $100.00 per 10’.

Set-Up

Vendors will be permitted to enter and set up on Thursday July 31st from Noon until 8 PM, and on Friday morning from 8 AM to Noon. You will be able to drive to the area where you will set up during these hours only. You will not be permitted to drive to your area during public festival hours except for Friday morning. Set Up must be finished by the time the festival opens. A specific vendor parking area will be provided.

Public Festival Hours

Gates open at 8AM Saturday, Sept. 27th. Gates will close after the music each evening and all vehicles have left the grounds. You need not occupy your space in the evening during concert hours.

Move-Out

You may start moving out on Sunday evening after most of the music if finished. Please do not move out while there are still festival attendees in the vicinity. All product and tents must be removed from the grounds by noon on Monday, September 29th.

Sales Tax

All vendors are individually responsible to collect and pay any required local and state taxes.

Product

The festival management reserves the right to inspect and approve or reject all literature and materials.

Food and Beverage Prices

Food and Beverage vendors must clearly post prices for all food and drink items.

Payment

Please send in your application and payment as soon as possible. Upon receipt and acceptance of the application the management will return a signed copy of the contract.
